This festive adventure offers some of the very best winter activities allowing you to experience the stunning natural beauty of Lapland. Meet the reindeer, marvel at the beauty of the fells and forests as you travel by snowmobile and husky drawn sled, enjoy traditional snow fun activities and watch the magic come alive in your children's eyes when they meet Santa himself.
Day 1 Depart UK for Finnish Lapland
Fly from London Heathrow or Manchester to Kittilä via Helsinki and transfer Jeris Lakeside Resort. Staying in comfortable hotel rooms or cosy cottages nestled in the grounds, this full service hotel is located on the shores of Lake Jerisjärvi, offering a wealth of outdoor adventures alongside wellness and relaxation at Arctic Sauna World.
Day 2 Huskies and Snow Fun
Begin your adventure with an exciting husky safari through the snow-covered forests and across frozen lakes, a truly unforgettable experience. After lunch the fun continues with an opportunity to try out snowshoes, ice fishing, tobogganing and a highlight for the children will be the chance to drive their own mini snowmobile!
Day 3 Reindeer, Cookies and Christmas Dinner
Meet the reindeer at their home on a nearby traditional farm and enjoy a short sleigh ride in the forest before heading to the Winter Village for for a look around. Back at the hotel cookie baking and Christmas crafts are on the agenda and tonight celebrate Christmas 'Finnish style' with a festive dinner.
Day 4 Snowmobiles and Santa Claus
After breakfast whizz through the Finnish countryside on a snowmobile safari and this afternoon it's the moment the Children have been waiting for, it's time to meet Santa! The elves will guide the way to his secret hideout deep in the forest for your own private meeting with the Man himself!
Day 5 Depart Lapland
The adventure is sadly over and it's time to head home but you will have fabulous memories to share for years to come.
