Day 1
Settle into your new surroundings and enjoy your first evening in Lapland.
Day 2
With a genuine passion for sled dogs and in the expect hands of head musher Aki Holck, this is the place from which to experience the thrill of a dog sled safari. The kennels are just a few minutes away from the lodge and safari routes follow the lodges exclusive trails that run along the frozen river, climbing to the top of fells and diving deep into arctic forests. There is no better introduction to this remote and untouched Arctic playground. Reflect on your experience this evening from the warm waters of the outdoor jacuzzi, perfectly positioned under the night sky, and sooth any aching muscles in the sauna.
Day 3
Today offers a leisurely start and allows independent exploration with snowshoes, forest skis and toboggans all at your disposal. The afternoon brings more delight during a visit to the Arctic SnowHotel, an architectural marvel constructed of snow and ice. Tour the rooms, drink from ice glasses in the Ice Bar and dine on hot Lappish delicacies served on ice platters in the unique Ice Restaurant.
Day 4
Learn about Lappish culture, traditions, and sample Lappish delicacies, before creating your very own unique souvenir at a local handicraft studio. This fascinating experience is sure to leave you even more connected to Lapland, its history and its people.
After dark, wrap up warm and go in search of the northern lights, traversing the landscapes by snowmobile drawn sleigh to the best viewing locations.
Day 5
Its time to depart Lapland today to stay for longer and spend time in the beautiful city of Helsinki on the way back home.
